目的
前十字靭帯損傷を調べるために用いる検査です.
検査方法
- 患者は背臥位となります
- 検査者は患者の下腿近位部1/3に拳を入れて、患者の膝を軽度屈曲位にします
- もう片方の手で大腿遠位部を下方に押しつけます
陽性判定
踵が検査台から浮かず、膝関節が伸展しない場合に陽性となります.
