Anterior Apprehension test(前方不安定性検査)

肩関節の前方不安定性を調べるために用いる検査です.

1. 背臥位となり、肘関節90°屈曲で肩関節90°外転となります.
2. その状態から徐々に肩関節90°外旋させます.

脱臼感や不安感や疼痛を訴えた場合に陽性となります.
