目的
上腕二頭筋長頭腱の異常を調べるために用いる検査です.
検査方法
- 患者は肘関節90°屈曲位になります
- その状態で前腕を回外方向に力を加えます
- 検査者は反対に前腕を回内方向に抵抗を加えます
陽性判定
結節間溝部に疼痛が誘発された場合に陽性となります.
